“THEY LIVE AND BREATHE PUNK, DEFYING STEREOTYPES WITH THEIR ALL-QUEER LINE-UP AND ALL-FEMALE BACKLINE”
— Resonate Magazine

Bristol, England
M/X is an eclectic three-piece dream-punk powerhouse that fuses post-punk, grunge, and indie gaze. Chaotically charming, their live shows consist of nothing but raw energy and zest.
Hailing from Bristol, England, the band’s visceral sound draws comparisons to the likes of IDLES, Yard Act, Talking Heads, Gurriers and Shame; trashy rhythms, angsty guitars, and socially charged lyrics that hit like a punch in the gut.
Previously, their explosive performances have landed them spots at festivals like 2000 Trees, Dot To Dot, Attitude and Outertown. This year, M/X started off strong with their European live debut in February, gearing up for a huge 2026.
Whether on stage or in the studio, M/X promises to keep pushing boundaries and riling up crowds wherever they go next.

LATEST SINGLE – MOMMA
“Momma” – a grunge rock confession from M/X. Themes of guilt, escape, and self-destruction combine raw 90s aggression with the honesty of a folk song.
Release on February 3rd 2026.

DEBUT EP – GOOD FOR SOMETHING
A defiant exploration of masculinity, queerness and everything that happens when you put the two in a room and make them fight.
This debut offering from the band provides a chaotic journey from man to dog. Songs you can dance to, songs you can dance to and songs you can dance to.

NO SUCH THING
A violent expression of frustration towards the powers that be. A conflict of the haves and the have-yachts. An homage to punk culture and 90s hip-hop.

Headline UK TOur
The band’s second mad dash across the country, rife with chaos and fueled by blood, sweat, and love.
